Our story began in 2013, when we set out as a women-led and minority-owned business with one goal: clean, welcoming spaces where everyone could feel at home while getting their laundry done. From that very first location, we’ve grown to three vibrant laundromats across the city — Lily Laundromat on Powell St, Lily Laundromat on Bryant St, and Lulu Laundromat in the Mission District — and we’re still guided by the same values we started with.

Self-serve washers & dryers only — no wash & fold, dry cleaning, or delivery. No attendant on site.
All three locations are open 365 days a year for self-service (early 8pm close on major holidays) and accept coins and credit cards. Each location has its own loyalty card with 5% cash back on every reload — the Powell St and Lulu cards can be used interchangeably at either location; Bryant St’s card is separate.
